Noise Life is an auto-ethnography in audio, through which a sense of “self” emerges. The artists Mriganka Madhukailiya and Sonal Jain, collaborating as the Desire Machine Collective, both hail from north-east India, and aim to sketch out a history of the different ways in which we develop knowledge about ourselves.

Noise Life, 26 August to 20 October, Project 88, BMP building, ground floor, NA Sawant Marg, Colaba, Mumbai. For more information, call 022-2281-0066.
